IV Studio is a creative studio operated with adult oversight by AnaConnectsYou. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean IV Studio and its affiliated operating entities. Felipe is the lead artist; all business and data-handling decisions are made by adult management.
2. Information we collect
Contact data you submit via email forms or partnership inquiries (name, company, email, message).
Order data handled by our commerce provider on the official store at shop.ivstudio.art.
Standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location, used to improve the site.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email privacy@ivstudio.art and we will delete it.
3. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, manage corporate partnerships and grants, comply with legal obligations, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers under contract (e.g. email, commerce, analytics) and with legal authorities when required. Corporate sponsors and grant-makers receive only the information necessary to administer the engagement.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@ivstudio.art. You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive information by email.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. Material changes will be announced on the site.
