By accessing or using ivstudio.art (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The Site and Felipe
IV Studio showcases the work of Felipe, a minor artist. All communication with Felipe and the IV Studio team is handled by adult management at AnaConnectsYou. Direct contact attempts with Felipe outside of authorized channels are not permitted.
3. Orders
Purchases of merchandise are handled on shop.ivstudio.art under the store's own terms. IV Studio one-of-one pieces are sold as final sale unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, names, marks, and content on the Site are owned by IV Studio or licensed for use. No portion may be reproduced, used to train AI models, or otherwise exploited without prior written license.
5. Partnerships and inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Partnerships, licensing, and engagements are subject to a separate written agreement executed by AnaConnectsYou on behalf of IV Studio.
6. Donor representations
Statements regarding the percentage of proceeds directed to the mission arm are governed by the Donor Transparency Disclosure. Tax treatment of any donation depends on the receiving entity's status and your jurisdiction; consult your tax advisor.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IV Studio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
