By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

IV Studio provides online digital-skills certification pathways for students ages 13–18+, delivered through a white-label fulfillment model. Seats are funded by organizational sponsors — companies, foundations, and education partners. Participants under 18 are enrolled with guardian consent.

Age ranges, timeframes, and outcomes described on the Site are typical estimates. Industry certification exams are administered by their respective certifying organizations under their own rules, fees, and eligibility requirements. Passing an exam is not guaranteed.

Student work remains the property of the student who created it. Site content, names, and marks belong to IV Studio and may not be reproduced or used to train AI models without prior written permission.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a placement. Sponsorship packages and cohort placements are subject to a separate written agreement.

Package scope, seat counts, terms, and pricing are confirmed in writing before a cohort begins. M/WBE status and impact reporting formats are described in the sponsorship agreement.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IV Studio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
