1. Our commitment
IV Studio commits a minimum of 20% of net proceeds from designated apparel releases and licensing deals to youth mental health programming. Specific campaigns may exceed this baseline; per-campaign commitments are disclosed at point of sale or in the partnership agreement.
2. How funds are routed
A contractually mandated percentage of net proceeds from all commercial licensing and product distributions is routed directly through GuidedHealers.org, our registered 501(c)(3) fiscal framework. These funds strictly underwrite audited peer-to-peer mental health training programs, nervous system regulation toolkits, and accessible youth therapy initiatives. Restricted corporate gifts and grants are tracked separately and honored per the donor's designation. Routing and recipient details are available to corporate funders on request.
3. What net proceeds means
Net proceeds equals gross revenue from designated items minus direct cost of goods, payment processing fees, and shipping. It does not include studio overhead or staff compensation.
4. Reporting
We publish annual impact reports summarizing total mission contributions, partner organizations funded, and programs supported. Reports are managed with full multi-agency compliance and are available to corporate funders and foundation underwriters on request.
5. Independent corporate gifts
Corporate grants and direct donations are tracked separately from merchandise proceeds and reported in aggregate. Restricted gifts are honored per the donor's designation.
6. Tax treatment
Tax-deductible donations are processed through GuidedHealers.org, our registered 501(c)(3) fiscal framework. Donors should consult their tax advisor and request a written acknowledgment from impact@anaconnectsyou.com.
7. Questions or audit requests
Foundations and corporate grant officers may request our control documentation, partner list, and budget. Email impact@anaconnectsyou.com.
